Todd Nepola
Todd Nepola is the owner and founder of Current Capital Group, a South Florida commercial real estate company. His work spans real estate investment, property management, leasing and the daily decisions required to operate and improve commercial properties.
That hands-on experience shapes the practical philosophy explored in his book, Keeping It Real on Commercial Real Estate. Todd connects disciplined underwriting with tenant relationships, close property operations and long-term property decisions made with the full life of an asset in mind.
Todd is also committed to giving back. All proceeds from his book support charitable causes, complementing his broader involvement with organizations and initiatives across the community.
Outside the office, Todd brings the same focus and determination to endurance athletics. He is a Florida Ironman finisher and has completed numerous marathons and other athletic events.
